Splunk case study

Splunk decided to expand its R&D center in Krakow by an additional 100 people in 2023. Despite having an internal recruitment team, the company needed support in achieving this task. In February 2023, a team of six professionals from dotLinkers joined the company. This team consisted of a Project Manager and five IT recruiters. Within just 6 months, the dotLinkers team managed to create a total of 96 job offers and successfully onboarded 78 specialists with diverse technical skills, including Python, Golang, Java, Frontend, Full-stack, DevOps, and SRE, at various experience levels, ranging from Junior to Mid, Senior, Principal, Engineering Manager, and Senior Engineering Manager.

Following the completion of the contract, Splunk decided to extend the collaboration, which serves as an exceptionally positive signal for us, marking the continuation of a successful partnership.
