Kasia cooperated as a recruiter with FedEx Dataworks Poland in 2024 on a full-time basis for a strategic recruitment project for us. This project involved nearly doubling the size of the office in Poland. Thanks to her fantastic work and commitment to finding candidates, we were able to hire over 40 IT specialists from a very broad range—including Java and React.js programmers, technical product managers, product designers, software testers, and engineers specializing in security and cloud infrastructure. An additional challenge was that for some of these roles, we were recruiting for the first time in the history of our office in Poland (e.g., technical product managers, product designers, security engineers), while some roles had certain restrictions (e.g., only permanent contracts for infrastructure engineers). Despite all these challenges, Ms. Katarzyna handled everything excellently and had a great understanding of our requirements towards candidates across such a wide variety of specializations.
