Role overview
We are looking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer to join the Data Platform team responsible for building and scaling the company’s integrations infrastructure. In this role, you will define the technical direction of the platform, design scalable data pipelines, and improve the reliability and quality of integrations. You will work on data normalization, observability tooling, and AI-driven solutions supporting data mapping and quality improvements. The position requires close collaboration with product and engineering leadership, as well as mentoring other engineers within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity to have a direct impact on platform architecture and long-term technical strategy.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience building and delivering production-grade software,
- strong background in integrations, data pipelines, or platform infrastructure,
- deep understanding of API design and third-party data integrations at enterprise scale,
- experience identifying architectural gaps and implementing long-term improvements,
- ability to influence technical direction across teams and stakeholders,
- hands-on approach with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- design, build, and scale the integrations and data platform infrastructure,
- develop new partner integrations and reusable integration patterns,
- improve data quality through validation and monitoring mechanisms,
- build and enhance the data normalization layer for large-scale customer datasets,
- implement AI-driven solutions for automated mapping and data quality detection,
- develop observability tooling, including monitoring, alerting, and debugging systems,
- collaborate with product and engineering leadership on roadmap planning and technical decisions,
- mentor and support the growth of other engineers.
