Your main tasks will include:
- Implementation of project methodology within the existing team and projects
- Managing and coordinating projects (entire design process, from the design stage to the physical delivery of the product to the customer)
- Division of tasks and allocation of resources within project teams and creation of project schedules based on arrangements with the business and resource availability,
- ensuring the appropriate pace of work and responsibility is implemented in the projects
- managing risks and problems within the project,
- Conducting meetings after each stage of project implementation and drawing conclusions from the work/implementation stages carried out,
- Solving current problems in project teams,
- Reporting work results to the Management Board level,
- Supporting the team in collecting requirements for the product, system functions, cooperation with business,
- Supervision design documentation,
- Coordinating cooperation between software, hardware, business, logistics and production departments
What skills are we looking for:
- Ca. 5 years of experience in a role of a Project Manager
- Proven experience in implementing new processes within existing teams
- Extensive experience working on projects that involve both software and hardware solutions, demonstrating proficiency in managing the complexities associated with integrating technological components
- IoT Knowledge (Strong understanding of Internet of Things (IoT) concepts, technologies, and applications, with a focus on the energy sector preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in English and Polish
