Your Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a knowledge management strategy following ITIL best practices.
- Identifying, collecting, and classifying knowledge resources within the organization.
- Establishing and maintaining a central knowledge database for easy access.
- Promoting a culture of knowledge sharing through training and workshops.
- Collaborating with IT and business teams to ensure relevant and up-to-date knowledge.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of knowledge management and making continuous adjustments.
- Assisting in resolving IT service issues through provided knowledge resources.
- Creating and maintaining reports on the performance of the knowledge management process.
Your Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ITIL Foundation certification; advanced certifications are advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT or service management.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, especially in the area of knowledge management.
- Experience with knowledge management systems and tools such as Confluence and Jira is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills in German, both written and verbal.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and understandably.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
