Data Engineer (AWS) | Remote | #1263

For our client, a modern data and cloud solutions provider, we are looking for a Data Engineer with AWS. The company is London-based and has teams also in Poland. Established in 2021 with an ambition to disrupt the market by bringing expertise in cloud-native technologies and innovative tools and accelerators coupled with a strong outcome-driven and people-oriented start-up culture.

Your key skills and capabilities:
• Leading a team of data engineers
• Owning and managing a technical roadmap
• Designing and implementing cloud-native data platforms
• Excellent python and SQL knowledge
• Engineering scalable and reliable pipelines
• Great knowledge of PySpark and cloud data services such as Glue, Databricks, Redshift or similar
• Experienced in building CICD processes
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. terraform / Cloud Formation)
• Agile ways of working We expect you to know how to architect, design, develop, deploy and operate a data platform and be a good leader for your team.
