- Position: Senior/Lead Fullstack PHP Developer

Responsibilities:
- Build and collaborate ideas with the team to make the User Experience easier and better for the end user
- Ensure PHP Codes, HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
- Create complicated queries and stored procedures for supporting frontend development
- Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
- Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API using SOAP and REST
- Communicate effectively about progress on each task, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
- Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
- Coordinate with co-developers and keep the Team Leader and Project Director well informed of the status of the development effort.
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Analyze, present, and recommend efficient libraries to use that will best suit the requirements of the projects & and contribute to meeting deadlines and commitments.
- Simplify site navigations
- Leadership collaboration with TL in the Philippines
- Helping the team develop their skills
- Cooperation with CTO when needed
- Help growing the team in the future
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Backend Software Engineer
- Solid knowledge of PHP (Laravel & Codeigniter or any other Framework).
- Experience in developing & maintaining RESTful APIs (Laravel/CodeIgniter & Custom API
security) as well as developing & maintaining SOAP APIs - Experience in GIT and DOCKER
- Knowledgeable in unit & integration testing (JUnit, Jest, and PHP Unit).
- Knowledge of REACTJS and REACT NATIVE
- Knowledge of VueJs, REDUX, and REACT Query
- Experience in using two-factor authentication and Google Auth.
- MySql and Database Skills (Data Modeling, RDBMS, Complicated Queries, Stored Procedure, Referential Integrity
- Experience with NodeJS is nice to have
