About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing software team focused on building and scaling a global, data-driven e-commerce platform. You’ll work in a collaborative, international environment alongside skilled engineers and diverse business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Leading the delivery of a strategic e-commerce platform, guiding your team through design, development, and scaling of cloud-native solutions.
Overseeing the full product lifecycle — from early prototypes to stable, production-ready systems — using technologies like Azure, Java, Kotlin, and React.js.
Supporting your team in solving complex problems with innovative, data-driven solutions that directly impact end users and business goals.
Coaching and mentoring engineers to help them grow professionally and contribute effectively.
Driving cross-functional collaboration and fostering open communication and shared ownership across teams.
Taking an active role in talent development, including performance feedback, growth planning, and training.
Advising senior leadership with technical insights and helping shape the local team’s growth and culture.

Requirements:

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
At least 7 years of experience leading engineering teams, ideally in international or distributed settings.
A strong track record of building and scaling modern cloud platforms.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and drive results.
Passion for technology and a good understanding of current trends, especially in platform engineering.
Fluency in both English and Polish.
Willingness to travel occasionally
