Our client is a US-based AI-first video production and creative technology company operating at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and video marketing. Their parent company has already delivered over 50,000 video projects for brands ranging from global enterprises like Amazon and Walmart to smaller local businesses.
The team is currently building an AI-powered SaaS platform designed to streamline and accelerate the video creation process, especially in the pre-production phase. Instead of focusing purely on “generate video with one click,” the platform helps creative teams move from idea to actual production faster through AI-assisted workflows, collaboration tools, storyboarding, scripting, and production planning.
The product leverages state-of-the-art AI models for image, video, and text, combined with smart prompting and workflow orchestration. The company strongly believes in a “human-in-the-loop” approach, where AI enhances creative work rather than replacing creative professionals.
About the role
We are looking for a highly senior, hands-on engineering leader who can combine strong technical execution with product thinking and team mentorship. This is a fast-paced AI/product environment where the expectation is to move quickly, ship often, and continuously improve engineering velocity and workflows.
The person joining the team will own and optimize the PDLC/SDLC process end-to-end, help introduce modern AI-first development practices, and work closely with Product & Experience Managers on delivering full-stack solutions. The role requires a strong builder mindset — someone capable of independently driving projects from idea to deployment while mentoring other engineers and raising the overall engineering standards across the team.
The ideal candidate brings experience from SaaS or startup environments, has worked with AI/GenAI workflows, and enjoys operating in a highly iterative, product-driven culture with significant ownership and autonomy.
