Ensuring Recruitment Continuity and Scaling Welltech’s Engineering Team in Poland

The Challenge:

Welltech needed to maintain continuity in recruitment while key Talent Acquisition and HR staff were on leave. The company sought a partner who could manage recruitment processes seamlessly and support both local and international hiring for a variety of technical roles. Ensuring quality hires and minimizing disruption were critical. 

What we did:

dotLinkers provided a dedicated Principal IT recruiter who initially temporarily replaced Welltech’s Talent Acquisition and HR staff, ensuring continuity in all recruitment activities. 

Following this initial phase, the collaboration transitioned into a full RPO model. Key activities included: 

• Sourcing and screening candidates for diverse technical roles, including IT Helpdesk specialists, System Administrators, Senior Java Software Engineers, and Senior Python Software Engineers. 
• Supporting both local (Poland) and international recruitment needs. 
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure consistent candidate experience and high hiring standards. 

Results:

Thanks to dotLinkers’ support, Welltech successfully hired top technical talent and maintained seamless recruitment processes during staff leave and beyond. 

Recruitment results: 

• 131 candidates screened by dotLinkers 
• 86 candidates shortlisted and sent to Welltech 
• 4 offers extended 
• 4 hires
