The Challenge:

StriveLabs was looking to rapidly scale its engineering capabilities to support the development of high-impact software products for top businesses and institutions. 

The client needed to hire specialised technical roles including Analytics Engineers, QA Automation Engineers, Java Developers, and a Java Lead, all of whom required strong technical expertise and experience in building scalable, high-quality software solutions. 

With a competitive talent market for experienced engineers, StriveLabs faced the challenge of sourcing candidates who not only had the required technical skills but also fit the company’s fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative culture. Additionally, the client needed a recruitment partner to manage the process end-to-end, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. 


What we did:

dotLinkers partnered with StriveLabs to provide dedicated recruitment support for their critical engineering roles.

  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team structure, and success profiles for each role, 
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates for Analytics, QA Automation, and Java roles, including senior-level positions like Java Lead, 
  • Screening and pre-qualifying candidates to ensure alignment with both technical skills and cultural fit,
