The Challenge:

GreenSteam was experiencing rapid growth and needed to quickly fill several highly specialised technical roles to support their operations and innovation initiatives. The challenge lay in finding candidates with the right combination of technical expertise, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in a competitive talent market. 

Initially, urgent positions such as Tech Support and QA Engineer required immediate attention, while other key roles, including Data Scientists and a Python Developer, demanded candidates with advanced technical knowledge and experience in emerging technologies. 

Even after building an internal recruitment team in 2020, GreenSteam faced difficulties filling strategic positions like DevOps Engineers and Machine Learning Engineers.
