Relativity is a leading legal data intelligence company whose AI-powered cloud platform, RelativityOne, helps law firms, corporations, and government agencies turn complex data into actionable insights for litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters. As part of its growth in Europe, Relativity aimed to strengthen its engineering capabilities in Poland and launch its first large-scale internship program to attract early-career talent.
Relativity needed to scale its technical team in a competitive market while ensuring high-quality hires across senior and niche technical roles. Additionally, the company wanted to launch an internship program to attract top students and graduates, creating a strong talent pipeline for the future. Key challenges included sourcing diverse candidates, maintaining a high standard of recruitment, and promoting Relativity’s employer brand in the region.
