The company recently expanded its footprint by opening a new technology office in Kraków, strengthening its capabilities in software development and digital solutions to serve clients worldwide.

The Challenge:

EQ Tek / Equiniti planned a major expansion of its new technology office in Kraków, aiming to hire 150 specialists within one year to support the development of financial services, payments, and investment platforms. 

The hiring scope covered a wide range of roles across engineering, product, and operations, including Java Developers, .NET Developers, Scrum Masters, DevOps Engineers, Test Automation Engineers, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, and Product Owners, as well as senior, mid, and principal-level positions in both development and technical operations. 

With no internal recruitment team, Equiniti needed a recruitment partner capable of delivering end-to-end hiring solutions. The challenge was to attract and engage highly specialised technical talent in a competitive market while coordinating with multiple recruitment agencies to achieve ambitious hiring targets within the tight timeframe.
