We’re working with a fast-growing scale-up backed by top-tier investors. They’re looking for a Data Engineer in Poland.
This is a brand-new role, with plenty of ownership and the chance to shape processes from the ground up.

🔧 What you’ll do
- Build & maintain API / iPaaS integrations (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar).
- Write & optimize SQL queries (Snowflake).
- Debug sync failures, payload mismatches, broken endpoints.
- Partner with engineers & product – ensuring only the data that matters gets ingested.
- Introduce lightweight guardrails (code review, CI/CD) and bring order to the chaos.
✅ You are
- An engineer with 3–5 years of experience (Data or Software).
- Fluent in Python + REST APIs.
- A pro in SQL (Snowflake is a big plus).
- Familiar with iPaaS / ETL tools (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or equivalents).
- Comfortable in low-process environments, curious, and keen to dive deep into problems.
🎁 Nice to have
- Customer-facing experience.
- Knowledge of SSO/SCIM (SAML, OIDC).
- Startup background, DBT, reverse ETL.
