- Permanent agreement: salary ranges 19- 26 000 PLN/Gross/Month
Position Overview:
Our client is a consulting company working for a leading global entertainment company specializing in interactive experiences for a diverse audience. As part of our ongoing expansion, we’re seeking dynamic professionals to join our team in tackling the technical challenges inherent in our industry.
As a Data/DevOps Engineer, you’ll drive innovation and efficiency within our technology ecosystem. Collaborating with cross-functional teams from the USA, you’ll contribute to the development and optimization of our digital platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Please be aware that attendance at meetings during afternoon or evening hours is essential for this position, as the majority of the team is based on the US West Coast (Los Angeles and Seattle).
- Join the team providing third-line support for live systems.
- Create and manage production infrastructure (AWS/Terraform).
- Develop and maintain deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.
- Draft design documents, and implementation plans, and select the right tools.
- Work closely with your team (up to 5 engineers) and other cross-functional teams.
- Set up and manage cloud environments and services (AWS).
- Engage directly with live production systems.
- Oversee the monitoring of production infrastructure (DataDog).
- Liaise with project stakeholders.
- Participate in code review sessions.
- Automate various processes.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform, Ansible.
- Extensive experience with AWS operations and networking, including EC2, ECS, EKS, SG, VPC, ASG, R53, RDS, etc.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Docker.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Spark.
- Experience in Data Engineering or Data Pipeline management.
