As part of its growth in Europe, Relativity aimed to strengthen its engineering capabilities in Poland and launch its first large-scale internship program to attract early-career talent.
Relativity needed to scale its technical team in a competitive market while ensuring high-quality hires across senior and niche technical roles. Additionally, the company wanted to launch an internship program to attract top students and graduates, creating a strong talent pipeline for the future. Key challenges included sourcing diverse candidates, maintaining a high standard of recruitment, and promoting Relativity’s employer brand in the region.
