- Salary: up to 23 000 PLN (B2B) / up to 19 000 PLN (UoP)
At dotLinkers, we are currently supporting one of our clients in the technology industry, a leading provider of backup and disaster recovery software with over 15 years of experience in this market.
Our client develops advanced enterprise software solutions used by organizations worldwide. Due to an intensive growth phase and further expansion of the R&D department, we are looking for experienced Team Leaders who are ready to take ownership, drive engineering excellence, and actively shape product development.

🎯 Your Responsibilities
- Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of developers
- End-to-end ownership of assigned products/projects in cooperation with the Product Manager
- Designing and implementing new functionalities and system improvements
- Maintaining and developing solutions based on .NET/C#, NoSQL, REST API, WebSockets, Docker, virtualization environments, SQLite, PostgreSQL
- Implementing and monitoring software development standards
- Conducting code reviews
- Close collaboration with QA, Product, DevOps/Infrastructure, Customer Success, and Support teams
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Contributing to and maintaining technical documentation
✅ Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience managing a development team (minimum 3 team members)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in .NET and C# development
- Communicative Polish and English
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles (SOLID, DRY)
- Experience with design patterns
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux systems
- Practical experience with Git, Jira, Docker
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kubernetes, virtualization platforms, cloud storage solutions, MS365, SignalR, CI/CD tools
- Familiarity with multiple operating systems environments
- Experience in low-level programming
