ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Lead Backend Engineer, you’ll help design and develop logistics platform with the focus on scalability and performance. You will cooperate with other teams to achieve goals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Work on the software development process
- Help the Engineering Manager with the technical leading of the team
- Collaborate with other teams to solve problems across a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies
- Create a system to visualize and manage data
- Take part in technical discussions about technologies
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience in Java (on a senior level)
- Basic experience in frontend (on a junior level)
- Previous experience in leading a team, being a mentor for less experienced colleagues, code reviews
- Hands-on experience in designing architecture and writing production code for web applications with a focus on accessibility, performance and scalability of the solution
- Fluency in English and Polish
