Their goal is to help gyms grow their revenue by better serving their customers. To do so, their software allows gyms to create an ultra-personalized experience for their members and potential clients.
The startup raised funds from private investors and won an EU innovation prize. The team you will be joining is multi-cultural with its office in Gdansk by the Polish seaside.

Your role:
Your mission will be to help the new clients get up to speed with the software and ensure their satisfaction in the
long-term.
Your tasks will be as follows:
- Find new customers in France and abroad
- Prospection through cold-calling
- Attend events and travel to customer locations
- Negotiate contracts with executives
- Develop a strong understanding of how gyms operate
- Onboard new customers
- Deliver product training to customers in both group and one-on-one settings
- Provide customer support for non-IT issues
- Build customer relationships and prevent churn
- Update the CRM with new customer data
Your profile:
- Professional French: C1 minimum
- Professional English: C1 minimum
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems or SAAS products
- You enjoy working within a startup environment
