Our client, a 2006-founded Softwarehouse from Warsaw is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join their team. The team works for their biggest client – a US platform for reviewing business cooperations.
As a Senior TPO, your main tasks will be:
- Servant – leading one or more scrum teams
- Coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality
- Helping the scrum team focus on creating high-value increments
- Removing impediments hindering the teams’ success.
- Ensuring that scrum ceremonies are productive and that retrospectives produce actionable results
- Having your eye on the teams’ health, identifying potential problems, and taking corrective action where needed
- Bringing ideas for making scrum work well between teams and departments
Must-haves:
- Scrum experience
- Communication skills
- English language on a fluent level
- Leadership skill
